Positive: Logement très propre, La réponse rapide de la conciergerie téléphonique, la rénovation récente de l'appartement, les équipements, la décoration. Proximité du centre ville. Negative: Manque les volets en rez-de-chaussée, pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres avec la chaleur. Pas de balais. Seulement 2 prises côté cuisine pour 4 appareils électroménager. Matelas récent mais trop mou.
