Positive: L'appartement dispose d'un équipement complet
Negative: L’accès à l'appartement situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, par un escalier escarpé. Inaccessible aux personnes se déplaçant avec difficulté.
Mauvaise insonorisation avec appartement voisin.
