Fairly good! Positive: Location and parking. AC was working well (Japanese brand - DAIKIN)! The owner was kind and already turned on the AC, so the room was cool when we arrived! The room is very clean and the kitchen items are new. Negative: The toilet sink faucet was installed hot and cold reversed. Only bath towels were available.
